The New American Home 2018 is a stunning display of building innovation that skillfully blends traditional and modern architecture to create a transitional design.
Located in the Bella Collina golf community on the outskirts of Orlando, this modern "Tuscan" style home features a floor plan with two levels, each designed to have a unique identity.
According to Kate Clarke of Homes Reimagined, the design team incorporated a variety of earthy textures to create a sophisticated comfort for everyday living.
"The New American Home 2018 is a warm, comfortable and livable house where anyone would feel welcome," said Clarke.

"We chose the same collection - The Pointe - for the staircase, powder room, dining room and foyer," said Clarke. "By grouping the lighting from the same collection in key areas, it helped pull the design together."
