It has been found that a small number of TX6383 have been sent to customers with an incorrect certificate of conformity number on their label. The incorrect certificate of conformity number issued was ANZEx 11.3021X whereas the correct certificate of conformity number should be ANZEx 12.3021X.
INCORRECT ANZEx LABEL
Austdac recommends that all TX6383 labels are checked to confirm that they have the correct ANZEx certificate of conformity number fitted (ANZEx 12.3021X). If the label has the incorrect certificate of conformity number please contact Austdac to arrange for a replacement label to be fitted.
