Our new Cable Gland range has been shortlisted for a HazardEx Award in the category of Technical Innovation.
Hawke International’s Cable Gland Range Win HazardEx Award!
We are excited to announce that Hawke’s updated range of Cable Glands WON the prestigious HazardEx Award in the category of Technical Innovation.
The range was shortlisted in the Technical Innovation category because of three brand new features which were included on our relaunched range in May 2019:
- The world’s first, non-metallic clear compound chamber with NEC compliance.
- The ability to convert a standard 501/453/UNIVERSAL to a ICG653/UNIVERSAL barrier gland with our easy to use conversion kit.
- Inbuilt, patented, tightening guide which eliminates over tightening of the back nut.
The additional features were developed with the aim to make installation, inspection and maintenance easier for our customers. This award is testament, not only, to our commitment to innovation but our mission to provide customers, partners and end users with the best products possible.
