Hawke International Achieves Fit for Nuclear (F4N) Status

Hawke International are delighted to announce they have recently been granted prestigious Fit for Nuclear (F4N) status.

Developed by the Nuclear AMRC, achieving F4N status shows that a business is considered capable of supplying goods of the highest specification to the meet the needs of the civil nuclear industry. This includes components and equipment required in new builds, continuous operations and decommissioning.

Pride in High Standards

In order to achieve F4N status Hawke International’s products, processes and facilities went through a process of business excellence assessment. Following a site verification visit, our facility was deemed compliant with all conditions and specifications set by Nuclear AMRC. The status was officially recognised and a certificate was awarded.

Technical Manager Andrew Reid commented:

“I speak for all of us at Hawke in saying we are proud to be officially recognised by Nuclear AMRC and be granted Fit For Nuclear status. We take immense pride in the products we manufacture and are committed to continuous improvement to meet the needs of our customers. This achievement is acknowledgement that we continue to maintain high standards across our facilities, to a level where our customers can be confident that our products are suitable for harsh and hazardous environments”.
