New 360-Degree Safety eTour Shows How & Where Hubbell Safety Solutions Can Be Used

This 360-Degree Interactive Safety eTour walks users through a modern industrial environment that illustrates how and where Hubbell safety solutions can be used to promote safe workspaces.

Hubbell Wiring Device-Kellems is excited to announce the newest addition to its growing collection of virtual eTour resources: an interactive, 360-degree Safety eTour. This platform walks users through a modern industrial environment that illustrates how and where Hubbell safety solutions can be used to promote safe workspaces.

This fully immersive online tour gives customers a detailed look at the following families of safety solutions:

  • Arc flash
  • Cable protection
  • Data monitoring
  • GFCI
  • Locking
  • Lockout/tagout
  • Motor control
  • Watertight
  • Wire management

The virtual industrial environment is broken into seven sections – plating, molding, automated assembly, shipping, maintenance, workstations, and machining – to mirror how a real-world industrial site is set up.

Once users enter a specific space inside the industrial plant, yellow triangles with numbers inside appear next to each Hubbell solution being used. The numbers inside the triangles correlate with a product key that identifies each product by name. With the quick click of a button on a yellow triangle or the product key, additional product information appears. By clicking on the product’s SKU, eTour users are transported directly to the dedicated website page for that product.

“The 360-degree Safety eTour gives contractors and end-users an interactive online resource that makes it easier to understand the applications in which Hubbell solutions are used to meet the latest safety standards and promote safe delivery of power, data, and AV in industrial environments,” says John Carroll, vice president of distributor marketing and communications for Hubbell Wiring Device-Kellems.

The Safety eTour can be found on the eTours page of the Hubbell Wiring Device-Kellems website (https://www.hubbell.com/wiringdevice-kellems/en/etours). It can be easily accessed from any desktop computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone. To learn more, contact your Hubbell sales representative or visit www.hubbell.com/wiringdevice-kellems/en.
