The BATT036 battery has the capability to measure and log information which can be downloaded by the Austdac Three Cell Battery Charger Tester. With the latest batch of BATT036 batteries it was found that this communication was marginal and after an engineering investigation it was found that a hardware upgrade can be made to the Austdac Three Cell Battery Charger Tester to improve the data communication to the battery. This hardware upgrade is denoted as ECN128.

It is recommended that you return your Austdac Three Cell Battery Charger Tester to Austdac to be upgraded. Austdac will perform this upgrade free of charge.
